The CFB picks for 2025 Week 2 are here, and at least now, we’ve seen these teams play.
Making picks for Week 0 or Week 1 in any level of football is difficult, but especially in college. After all, we have not seen the teams play, so you are making your picks guided by how they look on paper. For example, a lot of us thought Alabama was good, and nobody quite knew what to expect from Florida State after taking the year off in 2024. Going into Week 2, we have some basis for understanding what each team brings to the table – or what they do not. “Frame of reference” is the phrase of the week here.
As established last week, we have selected 10 games for our picks in Week 2.
