2017 Wimbledon Finals Brackets: Women’s Singles

2017 Wimbledon Bracket Ladies Singles 7-15-17

Who says Serena Williams gets all the attention these days? With her sister of the shelf due to pregnancy, Venus WIlliams is back to the forefront of women’s tennis. It has been nine years since she won a major, with that being Wimbledon in 2008. A victory over Garbine Muguruza would be her eighth Grand Slam title.

To get here, Venus beat local entry Jo Konta in straight sets. Muguruza did the same to Magdalena Rybarikova. Williams is 3-1 all-time against Muguruza. Earlier this year in Rome, the two met with Muguruza victorious on clay.
