[lead align=”default”]This week’s college football picks feature many Southern teams. As in, almost exclusively Southern teams.[/lead]

And why not? There’s a lot of good college football down there, and some of those teams happen to be playing each other. Nothing wrong with that.

The question now is who will win against the spread and help us back up off the mat with our picks. We chose six games for your entertainment, hence this is our Pick Six segment.

College Football Picks: LSU (-3) at Florida

Saturday, 12pm ET (ESPN)

LSU found itself a little bit with Coach O at the helm. Florida can’t score points, but their defense looks good. Think defense.

College Football Picks: Houston (-17) at Navy

Saturday, 3pm ET (CBSSN)

Houston might make the playoff, but Navy isn’t a bad team. Just the opposite, in fact. When it comes to the spread, however, Houston’s covering big spreads and Navy is 1-3 ATS.

College Football Picks: Virginia Tech at North Carolina (-2.5)

Saturday, 3:30pm ET

No question, the Hokies will be fine under Justin Fuente. Gotta like the way UNC looks, though.
